Boiled Linseed Oil is extracted from the flax seed and is very safe to work with. It has a natural warm yellowish tinge which is apparent when applying to wood, and naturally darkens with age. The oil is heated which makes the product dry quicker once it has been applied.

Applications
Boiled Linseed Oil is suitable for all types of wood and is a beautiful oil to work with and has endless applications including wooden furniture, musical instruments, terracotta tiles, stone steps and garden furniture.Ensure that the surface to be treated is clean and dry. Boiled Linseed Oil can be used outside but we recommend using a wood preservative beforehand to help prevent mould, mildew and algae occurring at a later date.Easily applied with a brush or soft lint-free clothWork it into the wood in a circular motion, finishing off in the direction of the wood grainAllow 24 hours to dry for a thin coat; a medium coat may take 2-4 days to fully dry
