Smith & Allan Quench Oil 105C - ISO 22

Quench Oil 105C is a high quality, specially formulated, cold quenching oil which is manufactured from highly refined paraffinic base stocks, which incorporates a tailored additive system. The product exhibits excellent resistance to oxidation, reducing sludge and acidity formation and promotes uniformed rates of cooling, offering consistent performance in service. The fluid inhibits deposit formation on parts promoting a bright quench, whilst resisting cracking and distortion.

Quench Oil 105C is intended for general cold quenching operations on easy to hard alloyed steels. The product is suitable for use in both open baths and circulatory systems at temperatures up to 80∞C.
